To anyone running on fumes, crawling your way into the new year, carrying heavy loads, stumbling to the finish line, you are not alone.
To anyone making one more step on your healing journey, to anyone missing the warmth of family and friends, to anyone feeling sad, ambivalent, withdrawn, or numb, you are not alone.
To anyone making new traditions, picking up fragmented pieces of what might have been, wiping quiet tears, you are not alone.
To anyone facing silent nights, fighting battles few will ever know, to anyone keeping it together for the kids, you are not alone.
To anyone standing tall through pain, to anyone crumbling back stage, you are not alone.
May you find deep rest. May your spirit be restored. May you know peace. May you find release. May you know that if there are shadows then there must be light.

I am so grateful the paperback of Unmasking AI came out this year. One of my favorite first-time author memories was recording the audiobook in a former bank vault.
